Recently i have been searching for a few pictures of anorexia nervosa that i can use for a presentation or to show my parents and explain them the severity of the problem, so the first thing i did was to search in images.google.com for anorexia.
There were several pictures of very skinny people and some promotional pictures to make people understand the problem. So i selected a picture and entered the site and there it talks about an article on how some people are using anorexia as a lifestyle, there are many websites that help teenagers hide their problem form their parents, those sites are pro anorexia and that really worry me.
Then i selected other picture which is a promotional campaign against anorexia and there it talks about the growing problem of eating disorders and the risks.
To find more images and picture i went to youtube.com to see some anorexia videos and i found some information and images very useful. There are videos of teenagers giving their testimonial on how bad anorexia has been for them and they cant recover completely from that problem.

After doing my research i found some good pictures examples to use in my presentation and some shocking videos that are a great testimony of the real dangers of eating disorders that adolescents need to be aware now.
If you know anyone with eating disorders problems, help them or let their parents know of the problem, most of the times the affected teenager will want to hide the problem from their parents.
