As we can see, many adolescents are suffering from eating disorders every day, they seem to be normal in school and with friends, but in reality they are frustrated and suffering a hell inside, the feel the need to hide their problem and are alone. She wants to stay alone, avoid social interaction and becomes secretive.

Physical Symptoms
She loss a menstrual cycle
She has a body weight less than 85% of the normal minimum weight.
She has strange eating rituals, avoids meals, hides food.
She abuses laxatives to get rid of food.
She self induct vomits exessively after eating.
she exercise too much every day in an obsessive way.
She will do anything to avoid eating and starve herself, she just cant eat food because she vomits or just dont want it.
Those are some of the more common symptoms of people with anorexia nervosa and the affected person needs help from the family and professional help to recover and begin to eat normally again.
However the recover process can take while because she first needs to accepts that she has a problem and the it needs medical attention for her body weakness and help her start to eat gradually again.
